Map the funnel end to end.

Every engagement starts with a conversation. From there it's a sprint or a seat, sized to the problem. What's yours?

01 Method

It starts with one question.

What are you trying to achieve? Most answers start with a tool or a symptom. I keep asking until we reach the number the business needs to move, then work back to what’s blocking it. It usually takes an hour or two, and those hours are on me.

First question

What are you trying to achieve?

We name the number the business needs to move. Every question after this one points back to it.

Follow-ups

What’s in the way?

What feeds that number, where it breaks, what you’ve already tried, and why you picked it.

Where we land

What would fix it?

The problem in one sentence and the steps to solve it, whether or not you hire me.

02 Case study

From a picture of a dashboard to the real thing.

Client reports took 10 hours every cycle.

Reporting at a door-to-door canvassing company
Situation
Corporate clients wanted campaign results without waiting on a spreadsheet. The owner had been up until 2 AM with Claude designing the dashboard, and ended up with a picture of it.
What we did
We started with the outcome she needed: clients checking results on their own. Working back from there, the first build was a pipeline from the field app into a database, with the dashboard on top.
Result
Reporting went from 10 hours a cycle to 2, and clients open a live dashboard instead of waiting for a deck.
03 Engagement types

A sprint or a seat.

2 to 4 weeks

Fix Sprint

A scoped build with a date on it. I map it, I build it, and we stop.

Fits when the problem is contained.
2 to 4 days a week

Fractional Seat

A fractional seat for a fixed term. I’m in Slack, in the CRM, and in the standups, running your internal tools like a product.

Fits when the problem space is large.
04 Fit

Let's find out if we like working together.

Fit is hard to judge digitally. Let's talk. Phone and a sketch, video and digital stickies, or coffee and a whiteboard all work.

Start a conversation

Tell me what's breaking. I read every note and will reply with some times to talk.

Got it

Thanks, there.

Your note is in my inbox. I'll reply with a few times to talk.
